We are construction line members and hold ACCLAIM SSIP. Our Technicians are DBS checked, trained in all aspects of working safely and are provided with appropriate ID maintaining the security of the many thousands of customers we visit each year.
All our field based technicians are equipped with the latest mobile technology to support them to deliver the very best customer experience. Customer orders are transacted electronically via our ONESERVE work management application. This system is linked to technician smart phones providing live order updates and our van tracking software supports our team of service controllers to get technicians to customers quickly and on time.
We provide all our clients with a 6 monthly report evidencing the volume of work completed, cost savings made compared to replacing double glazed units and environmental benefits including glass waste avoided and CO2 reductions.
We provide ‘live stream’ online training for Client Contact Centre Agents to accurately diagnose failed Double Glazed Units maximising the use of our service.
